The location provided us with incredible opportunities for horse riding in the stunning surrounding countryside. We had the chance to explore the breathtaking trails and immerse ourselves in the beauty of Snowdonia. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. Our children especially loved waking up to the sounds of nature and playing with the friendly farm animals nearby. It was a wonderful experience that created lasting memories for our family.
For dads, it would be great to have a small play area for children in the cottage.

loved the cottage's 'upside-down' layout and the cozy Jack-and-Jill bathroom set-up. Enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds and sheep. The quiet location and friendly hosts made our stay even better. Access to a local hotel spa and swimming pool was a great perk we didn't expect. Comfy bed and powerful shower.

The room at Rhydlanfair Cottage was cozy and inviting, with a private bathroom that had a bath or shower. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for someone like me who enjoys a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small, but others may still appreciate its functionality.

We had an amazing value for our money at Rhydlanfair Cottage. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully designed with exposed beams. The location was perfect for sightseeing waterfalls, visiting attractions like Zipworld and Mount Snowden, and being on a working farm with adorable lambs and calves made our stay even more special. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to have access to a local hotel spa and swimming pool. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the extra touch of finding milk in the fridge. The comfortable bed and invigorating power shower were the cherry on top of a fantastic stay.
The breakfast menu could benefit from a wider selection of choices.

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby riding trails and experiencing the beautiful countryside on horseback. The hosts were very accommodating and even helped arrange horse riding sessions for us. It was a memorable and thrilling experience for the whole family.
For dads, it would be great to have a playground or outdoor play area for the children to keep them entertained when we weren't out exploring.

I loved the cozy cottage with its quirky layout and charming log burner. The location was perfect for exploring, and the added bonus of free access to a spa was delightful. Oh, and the seating in the living area was just the right size, because who wants to sit when you're exhausted from walking all day? A real shame I didn't get to interact more with the hosts, but finding the key in the door was such a lovely surprise.
